With the World Cider Day coming up, as association members, we would like to invite all apple cider lovers, apple cider press houses, apple cider innkeepers, retailers and fully-pledged partners, nationally as well as across to globe, to celebrate the World Cider Day with us on June 3rd. We will be pleased to provide the logo and look forward to receive any voluntary contributions for the usage of the logo. This submission will be directly used for the upcoming workload and preparation concerning the World Cider Day.

The logo may only be published in the predefined media forms by The Association of Apple Wine and Fruit Juice Press Houses in Hesse (Verband der Hessischen Apfelwein- und Fruchtsaft-Keltereien e.V.) These include billboards, posters, stationery, invitations for your own World Cider Day campaign, Facebook and the application on products. Additional usage rights are not granted. Changes to the logo may not be made. Any other transfer to third parties is not allowed. Only authorized resellers and partners may use the logo in advertising, promotional and sales materials.
The copyright lies solely in the hands of The Association of Apple Wine and Fruit Juice Press Houses in Hesse.
Neither does the logo constitute, nor should it be applied as a seal of approval. Furthermore, it is forbidden to create the impression that the use of the logo is connected to any kind of quality approval of products, services or statements taken from the website. This applies particularly to the design of the website, which is conforming to the data protection law.
The use of the World Cider Day logo for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the association may constitute trademark infringement. The association has the right to withdraw any rights of use if the partner does not change his course of action.
A legal succession is excluded. The partner is not entitled to continue to use the logo or change it.
The use of the logo in other languages
Even in Finland cider is very popular. Slovenia, France, Great Britain, USA and Spain are also apple cider consuming countries. Cider has many names and is also known as Siidera, Jabolčnik, Cidre, Cider or Sidra. In more than 20 countries cider lovers enjoy their „Stöffche“, all around the world, from Argentina to Australia, Lithuania, Latvia, New Zealand and Canada.
